Winter is happening in Tahoe.  Ski Resorts are opening and Tahoe Outdoor Fitness is in hibernation till spring.  
Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and crosscountry skiing are some winter options to stay fit.  While waiting for the "big" snow storms the road and mountain bike riding are still good options.

CO-ED OUTDOOR "BOOT CAMP" STYLE WORKOUTS !!! 
THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY AS WELL AS OVERALL ATHLETICISM THROUGH BALANCE AND AGILITY EXERCISES.  RUNNING AND JUMPING ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORKOUTS.  THEY TAKE PLACE AT INSPIRING OUTDOOR LOCATIONS AND WILL GET PARTICIPANTS IN GREAT SHAPE FOR ALMOST ANY SPORT . . . SKIING, MOUNTAIN BIKING, TENNIS, HOCKEY, GOLF, ETC. . . . OR SIMPLY THE SPORT OF LIFE!

**Except for ski conditioning classes, class locations will change daily so that we can keep our workouts varied and exciting. They'll always be in a beautiful location and will usually be within about a 5-mile radius of the Stateline area.

Group outdoor classes involve activities designed to improve aerobic conditioning, strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism.
Outdoor fitness classes are priced to encourage 4-week long participation.  Dropins are allowed when the camp is not already full for $15.  Please call in advance to register as a Drop-in.

The Heavenly Fit-to-Ride testing consists of:

Greg has been instructing Alpine skiing for over 20 years.  Enjoyment is an important element of motivation for Greg.  His fitness classes encourage people to challenge themselves and smile while doing it.

First-time exercisers to high-level athletes will benefit from Tahoe Outdoor Fitness sessions. Greg designs exercises and activities that are designed to improve aerobic conditioning, strength and endurance, flexibility, and overall athleticism.


 
 

Tahoe Outdoor Fitness was established to take advantage of Lake Tahoe's natural playground and near-perfect weather where we can exercise and play with a goal of improved fitness and athleticism.
