Greg has been instructing Alpine skiing for over 20 years. Enjoyment is an important element
of motivation for Greg. His fitness classes encourage people to challenge themselves and smile while doing it.
First-time exercisers to high-level athletes will benefit from
Tahoe Outdoor Fitness sessions. Greg designs exercises and activities that are designed to improve aerobic conditioning, strength
and endurance, flexibility, and overall athleticism.
Tahoe Outdoor Fitness was established to take advantage of Lake Tahoe's natural playground and near-perfect
weather where we can exercise and play with a goal of improved fitness and athleticism.
