Monday, July 6 - 7:15am class meets at (if anyone has an inflated stability ball and is willing to bring it to class and share, that'd be great - the more the merrier!) the Community Play Fields off of Al Tahoe Blvd. Going west on Hwy 50, turn left onto Al Tahoe Blvd and then right into the Community Play Fields. Look for the red Subaru parked near the soccer field.
Wednesday, July 8 - 7:15am class meets at Timber Cove Marina. Going west on Hwy 50, turn right onto Bal Bijou (just after Longs Drugs) and follow the signs to the marina. Look for the red Subaru parked near the pier. Have a towel/mat handy, but leave it in your car until the last part of class.
Friday, July 10 - 7:15am class meets at Kahle Community Center off of lower Kingsbury Grade. Look for the red Subaru parked near the gazebo.

THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY AS WELL AS OVERALL ATHLETICISM THROUGH BALANCE AND AGILITY EXERCISES. RUNNING AND JUMPING ARE INCLUDED. THEY TAKE PLACE AT INSPIRING OUTDOOR LOCATIONS AND WILL GET PARTICIPANTS IN GREAT SHAPE FOR ALMOST ANY SPORT . . . MOUNTAIN BIKING, TENNIS, HOCKEY, GOLF, ETC. . . . OR SIMPLY THE SPORT OF LIFE!
