THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE STRENGTH, CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY AS WELL AS OVERALL ATHLETICISM THROUGH BALANCE AND AGILITY EXERCISES. RUNNING AND JUMPING ARE INCLUDED IN THE WORKOUTS. THEY TAKE PLACE AT INSPIRING OUTDOOR LOCATIONS AND WILL GET PARTICIPANTS IN GREAT SHAPE FOR ALMOST ANY SPORT . . . The only ski conditioning program taught by a Professional Ski Instructors of America National Alpine Team member as well as an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer!
**Except for ski conditioning classes, class locations will change daily so that we can keep our workouts varied and exciting. They'll always be in a beautiful location and will usually be within about a 5-mile radius of the Stateline area.

Group outdoor classes involve activities designed to improve aerobic conditioning, strength, flexibility, and overall athleticism.
Outdoor fitness classes are priced to encourage 4-week long participation. Dropins are allowed when the camp is not already full for $15. Please call in advance to register as a Drop-in.
